1. La Pedrera

2. Sagrada Família

Probably the most popular monument of Gaudí’s architecture. It appears today as an icon of the city, one of the most famous places in Barcelona. So make sure to stop by!

3. Park Güell

This is also a must do in Barcelona: a walk around Park Guell, where nature and art are perfectly melted by Antoni Gaudí. Also the views from up there are beautiful.

4. Casa Batlló

Located near La Pedrera, is another building from Gaudí that you can’t miss. Its beauty can be appreciated right before entering, on the building’s facade.

5. Botanical Garden

It is not one of those famous Barcelona tourist attractions, but it is worth a visit. You will explore a diversity of plants from all around the world in a beautiful place in the Montjuic hills, far from the crowded city.

6. Parc de la Ciutadella

A beautiful park in the middle of the city. It has a little reservoir in which you can enjoy a ride on a boat (ok, a tourist thing to do… But it can be nice!).

7. Font de Montjuic

A show of music and lights which takes place in the evening. But also you can enjoy a nice walk in this area and get one of the best views of the city up in the heights.

8. MNAC

If you are an art lover, we recommend you to go visit the Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya. It is located up in the heights of Montjuic, so you will also get to enjoy one of the best views of Barcelona.

9. Les Rambles

The most famous (and touristic) street in the city. It is also a must do in Barcelona, walk this crowded street which ends up in the sea.

10. Carrer Petritxol

Chocolate lovers: can’t miss Petritxol street! It is known for its famous “granges” where you can eat hot chocolate and try traditional pastries such as melindros or churros.

11. La Boqueria market

This market is more than just food. It is all about colors, fragancies, culture… A vibrant market in the city center to know the Catalan culture in a different way. One of those places to see in Barcelona.

12. La Barceloneta

A walk by the sea that you can’t miss either. We recommend you to spend a Sunday morning there, doing a typical Catalan ritual: el vermut.

13. MACBA

This museum is located in a square which is kind of an icon for the skateboard community. Many skaters meet and practice their tricks in this place. The main building is the Museum of Contemporary Art in Barcelona, and it is also worth a visit.

14. CCCB

This museum hosts the World Press Photo exhibition each year. It also offers many interesting cultural events, exhibitions, documentary festivals, etc. 

15. Búnkers del Carmel

If you visit the Bunkers del Carmel, you will get one of the best views of Barcelona: a 360 perspective of the city. They also have a huge History related to the Spanish Civil War. 

16. Plaça de la Vila

Where you will find lots of Catalan people having a drink, in terraces placed in this popular square. It is located in the neighborhood of Gràcia, which we recommend you to explore by getting lost through their beautiful streets and squares. 

17. Estació de França

It is not one of those famous places in Barcelona, but it is worth a visit if you are in the Ciutadella area. It has a beautiful hall, which will make you travel back in time.

18. Plaça de Sant Felip Neri

One of those magic places to see in Barcelona, which hides a tragic episode of History. We highly recommend you to visit this special square and know its history.

19. Catedral de Barcelona

This beautiful cathedral is placed in a square full of life, where some markets take place (for example, Santa Llúcia’s market during Christmas). 

20. Camp Nou

Football soccer fans, and specially F.C. Barcelona lovers, can’t miss this place. You can enjoy a tour around the facilities and see firsthand how Camp Nou looks like. If you have the time, you can also buy tickets for a match.
