But actually, some farms are starting to create an event which melts both cultures, and offers a scenery so close to a pumpkin patch in the US.
It’s the case of the farm Cal Trilla 1902, which every year organizes “La festa de la carbassa”, melting both Catalan and American cultures. Maybe you already checked out some grocery stores near your house, and didn’t find the pumpkin you had in mind. And that would be the most common thing to happen, since here pumpkins aren’t usually grown at that huge size.
